ACT Medical pitches at RAEng Winter Showcase

ACT Medical were invited to pitch at this years Royal Academy of Engineering’s Enterprise Hub Winter Showcase.

The event provides entrepreneurs with an opportunity to pitch their business to a room of investors, awardees and Fellows of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

It was great to have the opportunity to share our companies vision in addition to networking from a range of inspiring start-ups.

Our Pitch

We were given 3 minutes to pitch ACT Medical to the audience and had the added pressure of going first.

Joseph began by explaining the origins of the company before giving an overview of the bleed control market and the industry sectors we are aiming to target.

He then outlined the current team, as well as the range of clinical advisors whose inputs are crucial to the development of our innovate haemorrhage control device.

After the pitch the audience were then able to visit our stand to ask questions and learn more about the business.
