With a background in both nursing and the British Army, she bridges the gap between clinical needs and innovative solutions. Before joining our team, she spent years in various healthcare settings, where she honed her skills in patient care and clinical research. It’s safe to say she brings a unique perspective to the table!

Since joining us, Nicky has jumped headfirst into our projects, collaborating with engineers and clinicians to ensure our device meets the real-world needs. Her approach is all about hands-on learning and feedback. She is a strong advocate that understanding the user experience — whether from the perspective of healthcare providers or a patient receiving care—is crucial to building something truly effective.
